“The boat was for 10 pm and we arrived at 9:40 PM. At 10:40 pm while waiting very crowded together in the pouring rain there was still no boat. No announcements were made. We finally left and when I tried to get a refund, the tour operator lied and said that we were 20 minutes late for the boat and so missed it. Ultimately, I was able to get a refund.”
