Julien was condescending and insulting- he was distracted and the session lasted twice as long as it should have. He started the session by telling the group that we all knew nothing about wine tasting - he should be given some feedback that he made the group uncomfortable ( difficult to pay for being insulted) If we knew all about wine we would not have taken the tour!
